Here’s how to order:

1)      Send me an e-mail at lwgrillo@thrivingspaces.com OR call me @ 303.882.7275 with your quantity.  I’ll need your name, company name, address, e-mail and phone contact. 

2)      Send me a check for $7 for each calendar; I’ll invoice you later for the tax and shipping costs when I know them.  Check made out to Thriving Spaces, LLC; send to Thriving Spaces, 7382 E. Archer Pl., Denver, CO 80230.

3)      Send me a PDF of your artwork for your custom page OR send me your logo and your copy and I’ll put together the page for you and send it back for your approval prior to printing.

4)      Your calendars will be sent to you on Dec. 11, 2009.  I can send them USPS or UPS 2nd day air – whichever you prefer. 

Here is the timetable:

Order before or by Monday, November 16th

Send a check for your quantity to Thriving Spaces, 7382 E. Archer Pl., Denver, CO 80230 before or by November 16th  so I receive it before or by November 19th.

Send me your artwork electronically before or by Friday, November 20th.

I will send your custom page for approval electronically by November 23rd.   

Send me your approval and/or changes ASAP – or by November 27th (I know, I know – it’s Thanksgiving week!)

Calendars go to press on November 30th so I can mail them to you on Dec. 11th.
