The principles of Feng Shui work in any space or environment that literally or figuratively supports you: Your home, your office, your office building, your classroom, your garden, even a home you’re trying to sell. I offer several service packages depending on the environments you wish to support.

Thriving Spaces Residential Package:
Services include:

Analysis of your answers to the questionnaire I have posted on this site. Your answers will help me address the areas you desire to improve by incorporating the principles of Feng Shui.
A home visit and consultation lasting from 2–4 hours depending on the size of your home. A minimum of two hours is required for this visit. Large homes may require additional time. We will go over your responses to the questionnaire when I arrive. At the end of the consultation I will help you prioritize the areas in which you wish to bring about change.
Photos of your space. I will ask your permission to take photos for before and after comparison.
A follow-up visit. This visit can be scheduled at any time you are ready to show me the areas you’ve worked in and share your experience.
A written report of my recommendations. This can be helpful as you work on applying the principles of Feng Shui over time.

Thriving Spaces Business/Office/Retail Package:
Services include:

A preliminary phone call or meeting to determine the scope of the work.
A business consultation lasting one hour (for a small office) or up to three hours for a larger space. Sometimes more than one appointment is necessary. We will walk around your space to discuss the opportunities I see for meeting your goals. I will ask permission to take photos to help me while I write up my recommendations. Before I leave, we’ll prioritize areas for you to begin working on.
A written report of my recommendations and/or a floor plan with recommendations within two weeks.
A follow-up visit within 3–4 weeks.

Thriving Spaces Landscape Package:
Services include:

A consultation similar to the residential consultation, but taking into consideration the streetscape, front, side and back yards, as well as porches and decks around your home or office. The focus will be entirely on the outside area surrounding your living or working space.
Placement of the bagua on the landscape to locate areas in your life you wish to change. While I may make some suggestions as to general type of plants, more attention will be paid to the five elements (fire, earth, water, metal and wood), the yin/yang balance of the space, sound (fountains and wind chimes) and color than to types of plants.
A follow-up consultation with you when you’re ready!

Thriving Spaces Nonprofit Package:
Services include:

A consultation similar to the business consultation in time and scope.
While the goals are different – profit vs. nonprofit – the process is the same. We will apply the principles of Feng Shui to change the external spaces so that they affect the internal behavior and feelings of those who use the space, helping them to achieve the goals of the organization.
Typical challenges for nonprofit businesses include finding adequate storage, identifying areas for specific activities and making a “statement” that defines the purpose of the space.

A one-hour consultation with your seller/s to discuss Feng Shui suggestions to help them sell their home. Often, sellers need to hear from a third party how to de-personalize their home while welcoming new buyers.
