I know that this month the parking lot will be full at the fitness club. All the people who resolved to work-out to lose weight and be healthy will be there and that’s a good thing. I applaud them and anyone who begins a new regime because there is powerful energy in beginnings. We save January to start that project because there is just something about this month that inspires the grand gesture. So here’s my suggestion for a grand gesture to begin and you don’t even have to go out into the cold to get started: put your house on work-out schedule to lose weight: clean out your closets, your storage shed, and your garage.Continue reading

Feng Shui Across the Miles
Feng Shui Across the Miles. There are challenges to doing a Feng Shui consultation from afar, but there are also opportunities, as I recently found out advising a client about her home office in St. Louis, MO. The biggest challenge for me as a practitioner doing a long distance consultation is context. In my practice I rely on observation and intuition to pick up energy in the space. This is something we all doContinue reading
Part 3: How Feng Shui can help you sell your empty home for sale
Part 3: Inviting ch’i, the vital force that inhabits all spaces, is crucial to helping you sell an empty home for sale. If you can imagine an empty home, you’ll guess there’s little ch’i there –Continue reading
